Insanity round 2: day 3-4
Yesterday was plyometric cardio circuit and today was cardio power and resistance. And I can say that they were still tough but nothing like the first time doing it first time around.
I was able to go through the warm ups without stopping, which is fantastic considering the first time around I was stopping frequently.
I still curse at Shaun T during the exercises but who doesn’t?...

Wolfram Alpha details gender differences in... →
Very intriguing…men and women post about very different things. The chart-heavy piece shows that men post more about sports, technology, and pop culture. Women post more about pets, family and friends, relationships, and health.
“Some of this is rather depressingly stereotypical,” Wolfram writes. “And most of it isn’t terribly surprising to anyone who’s known...

You are the universe
Expressing itself as a human being for a little while-
Desperation
To witness The desperation of a person is quiet interesting. You can see how they can and usually will easily give up values they stand so proudly next to just so they can have whatever it is that they desire.
It’s a true testament that we are indeed innately selfish and simple creatures.
I'm a humanist
Not in the sense that you may be thinking.
On the contrary I hate humans. I don’t hate a specific race. I don’t hate a specific gender. I don’t hate any particular creed, culture, or religious group. I hate everyone.
Ironically, I love everyone as well. This is a conundrum I deal with all the time.

You are significant
there is a 15 ton meteorite in the center of the Rose center for Earth and Space, there’s a calculation that shows that if you take all of the iron from the hemoglobin of all the people from the tri-state area of New York City, you can recover that much iron from that blood and realize that the iron from that meteorite and the iron from that blood has a common origin in a core of a star.

Completely
And utterly in love with my daughter. It’s insanely amazing to know how intelligent she is (every parent says that naturally but in my case I’m not the only one who believes this to be true).
I am proud to be her father and I know, whatever it is she grows up to be, I’ll be just as proud (unless she works for the SF Giants, then we will have to negotiate something)
